The El Guamal housing development comprises one hundred and thirty nine (139) residential plots with access roads and drains, open spaces and a sewer treatment plant (STP). As an essential part of the Development, a limited liability company called El Guamal Management Limited was incorporated to manage the Development.

While the legal mandate of the EGML is to operate and mange the STP, the retention pond, the roads and drains and other common areas, the overarching goal is to enhance the value of properties within the development and the quality of life those residing in the community by promoting a safe and healthy environment, while fostering community spirit. The EGML shall seek the common good of all residents by acquiring the resources necessary to manage all common areas and open spaces.
